Hi I have had the problem with both key fobs on my Freelander 2. After a lot of looking around I found a place on Amazon called Remote Fob Centre. I gave them a try. Both fobs for my car came back fully refurbed, new case and new batteries. I would give this a try instead of trying to take fob...
