The gauge has no wires going to it at all the petrol gauge works

I have had a look at the back of the gauge this evening and it is not wired in can any one give me instructions on how to do this.

Good evening I have a 1964 series 2a petrol and the temperature gauge doesn't work can some one tell me where the temperature sender is as I though I would start with that. Thanks John
