Still havin starting problems with freelander done the o rings on the fuel pressure regulator anybody got any more ideas??

I presume it's the wiring to the throttle body but didn't think diesels had throttle bodies only on the petrol models. Which bit do u call the pressure regulator then?? I'm a bit new to the freelander set up.

When I checked last nite I've got a error code of P1637 which I understand is a throttle body or communication issue??
