The system fitted to the car according to the information centre does not have "telephone fitted" or have bluetooth available (its the touch screen model)..are there solutions other than a Parrot or third party option? Any help appreciated

My used Range Rover has the internal cassette rack which you slide the CDs into in the glove compartment , any suggestions where i could locate another plus what is its official title please?

Picked up my used 2006 car however when you turn on the SatNav centre and go onto telephone it states not fitted and there is no bluetooth what are my options any help would be appreciated
