Disco 1 charge light flickering , also when light comes on the rev counter drops, connections checked, output of the alternator is 14v,

Have a 96 Disco 1. All the usual gubbins on it, 2" lift on the springs, discolation cones, bash plates,chunky tyres. This thing is solid. Heavy duty sills (4mm box section). All the usual rot spots have been dealt with. But its a Landrover, so its an on going project. Cheers, Grumpynuts.
