Suggest you check your power steering pump! Mine's knackered and vibrates the steering wheel around 2000 rpm. Could explain the fan belt noise as well. Look for excessive wear on one side of the belt. That's how the mechanic picked my problem. Replacing tomorrow. Cheers Murray
