Any one assist. Changed the fuel filter twice and replaced the lift pump, bypassed the tank and checked pipes

Nope.. I've not touched the above. Think I'm just going to have to replace all the fuel lines, I can't see a hole that air could get in but it could be a pin hole. When I first start it the revs climb well, but it gets to a point and fluctuates.

Yeah I understand that tdi fuel filters are the same but this was originally a 2.5 NA and was wondering if that dither was different?

Yeah all of the above.... But I didn't think the wheel bearings would have affected it ;) Nope not modified or tweaked a single thing. Think I will just have to check the all of the pipes again.

I understand what you are saying, so I'm fitting modular steel wheels with 31 10.50 15's that would throw the geometry out?

I've started a project with a 110 CSW and last week I fitted new tyres to my steel wheels. I've been looking at the wider arch kits plus the 45mm wheel spacers. But what do you do about the void/hole in the middle??

No spacer and they are the same length. But the new one is a stiff as hell? Going to have another go later
