Hi folks, I'm hoping someone can help me out, the heater blower in my l322 3.0 td6 won't turn off, I had to replace the FSR as it was the cause of a battery drain but when I put the new FSR in place the blower won't turn off even when I turn the engine off and lock the doors, it keeps running...

Yes I understand that, I know what the problem is and i'm not prepared to pay over 200 quid to fix it adding a relay will sort it for me in the short term, My RR isnt a hybrid and i have to plug it in every day to keep the battery charged

Yeh there is corrosion on the connectors but i can't clean them properly as i can only get one of the circuit boards out of the unit, it's well dried out now as I've had it out of the car for a couple of weeks

I thought about that but it just doesn't stop in the right place, I can move the spindle manually to where it should start (by jumping it with a battery to make it move) but it swings 9 times which means it will always end in the wrong place, for some reason it just doesn't want to go back under...
