    Got a knocking on my engine comming from top end. Starts at around 2000 rpm. Goes around 3500rpm. Before and after that engine sounds sweet. Removed injector plugs one at time and found knocking goes when number two is removed. So i swapped number 2 injector for number 4 hoping the knocking...

    How do i remove gear selector from gearbox.

    Hi. I have a td4 with a sloppy gear stick due to a worn pin on input selector shaft. I want to remove the assembly and drill it out for a larger roll pin whilst till in situ. I have removed the 5 flange bolts and the assembly is loose but it wont pull out. Any ideas?? Thanks Richard

    Hi there. My gearbox selector pin is worn resulting in a lot of front to back play in gear stick. Looking at the parts list it seams like i can remove the selector assembly by undoing the bolts which hold the flange to the gearbox. Does anyone know if this is as straight forward as it appears...
