Where would the air in the lines come from and how do you clear that?

Hi got a land rover TD5 always started and fired up straight away on first turn of key, started to not start properly over a year ago in that time had a new fuel pump fitted, wiring loom harness and gasket, injector copper washers, fuel filter housing and fuel regulator. Still not starting on...
