That makes perfect sense thank you. I haven't really had much trouble getting everything in place which is what I find strange about this whole thing, the gasket surely shouldn't be so sensitive to fitment. I'll have one go with a new gasket and if it leaks again I'm going to pop another one...

They came off an early TDCI so had the correct bushes for my TD5 in them already, I think they changed in 2009 ;)
