**UPDATE ** thoughts were right, someone had swapped the headlight relay for wiper relay, i numbered before removing ... rebuild now, cheers for all support 🥸

Found 2x relays under steering column that shut the system off, hence looking for wiring etc 😀, cheers for input.

Hi all, working on, dread wipers, sgriped out dash, replaced siezed spindles & motor, seen better days, found a wire hanging out of the wiper stalk so replaced aswell. Looking for a wiring diagram, as the system runs continous, no park, i have speed 1 & 2, no intermittent etc found 2 relays...

Looks like the front brown shaft seal which the timing gear sits on - the seal does not come in the overhaul kit and has to be bought seperate - going to clean the seal up and look for numbers off the seal to see what i can match etc. - turning into a headache is this :)

Well the pump is finally off, the nut for the pump gear 21mm, special tool took a bit of manouvering to make sure it was correctly seat then wound all the way in, so the pumps off , and on quick visual check - the supplied gasket set for this M47 is wrong - the pump shaft front seal in the box...

well tomorrow is the day - tool arrived , should be dry weather , not to sure wether the engine needs to be timed yet up before removal though, will see what happens

Hi folks. taking on the task of removing a leaking high pressure fuel pump, SPECIAL TOOL on order :D. Just need starter removed then I can continue with pump removal etc. Any one removed a pump yet ? Wander if anyone knows what size the nut is that holds the pump gear to the pump etc...
