Cheers StevieB42... after seeing the guys @ halfords replace numerous stereos of mine in the past, I know is a well easy job, just needed/wanted to know where i can get those 'pins' you talk about, to get the dam stereo out, once out, plain sailing... that is unless you see another post come up...

Hi, I have a 98 Freelander and wanna remove the OLD tape playing car stereo, but havent got any fancy tools the likes of Halfords and car theifs have, therefore was wondering if anyone out there knows how to do this? Any pics and genral tips/instructions would be much appreciated...
