Looking to buy a code reader setting tool, any views on the Elmscan 5 diagnostic tool, or which reader is the best for under £200

Hi all wondering how many miles approx a well cared for td4 would last, the one am looking at is an 06 Hse with 98000 miles and full service history. Not yet had VCU changed , thanks
