Hello all Had my disco 6 days and love it. However I can't understand what the +/- ‘plugs’ either side of the terrain panel are. Help please! TN

Have used RAC/AA before, for lesser priced cars. Whilst they offer more than I could, it's not exactly expert stuff. And I'm assuming a disco needs a more experienced person?
