I found a can of lubricant in garage and that did the job nicely by squirting underneath :) Needed them taking off so could park it in a multi story in Leeds city centre. Normally take other car but was due to snow at home hence taking my Disco.... :lol:

Skoda......i think not nor a freelander. I have a Disco 3 series. Taking them off so I can get in height wise. Probaby due to the fact I've not had my weetabix this morning :)

Trying to get my roof bars off so I can park in one of those stupidly tiny city centre car parks tonight. Looking at it it looked an easy job. I have slid the first one along to the middle where the gap widens and they should just lift out......but NO.....any ideas:confused:
