Ok that's something to do, so something must be wrong in the gearbox

The lights on the gear change don't alway line up with what I've selected you have to jiggle the stick to get the xyz sensor to pick up what you've selected. I'm assuming there's a series of switches inside it I wondered if part of it has broken it could be jamming the selection?

Thanks for the replys. I thought it was the cable too which is why I wasn't bothered about it but I've undone the cable from the gearbox and it moves freely. I know the xyz sensor is playing up so is there a chance it's broken and not letting the shaft on the gearbox rotate? or am I kidding...
