Hi there I did get a replacement unit off ebay and it fixed the problem....... but only short lived!!!! Now it has broken again. I am so tempted to rip out the HK system as it pants anyway, but it is an expensive fix. Will wait a while and save my money. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Hi there. I seem to have exactly the same problem as you, no sound out of anything although everything seems to function properly including the sat nav apart from sound. My DSP has the newer part/model number as you have bought from ebay so maybe that is the way to go. Mine is a 2001 4.6...
