I now know its a MOST system but am still struggling to find a replacement/upgrade Please can anyone point me in the right direction

Will BMW E39 aftermarket DVD/sat nav head units "plug and play" into 2006 l322 HSE spec Range Rover. I know the dash has to come out and am quite happy to do this. Any feedback will be greatly received. Cheers
