Great place - called Little Creatures. They do an awesome pale ale!

Freo is great. As is Yorkshire which is where I presume you are from. 20 yrs ago I worked for 12 months for Sam Smiths in a couple of pubs. Gave me a thirst for English ales that hasn't been been quenched!
