well ive put it in for a full over haul , head gasket timing belt water pump etc , bloody cars grrrrrr thanks for all your advice guys xx

tho i took it to be pressure tested and it passed... so the test states the head is fine

rad gets hot hot hot , fans all working correct , weve flushed and cleaned the water system { no gunk or sludge found } thermostat replaced ( just incase ) but was ok anyway only problem we could find was that the water didnt seem to be feeding through the top end pipes , so we had to blow...
