Thank you Hippo, that maintenance manual was very helpful. Quite an easy job once we had the right tools. One of the rear pads was worn down to the metal, i'm glad i told my mum to stop driving it!

My Dads 2010 Fl2 failed its MOT, the brake pads need replacing. Iv read that all you need to do is undo the bottom bolt (front wheels) and swing the caliper up, is that all? does it need to be bled? Any info would be greatly appreciated, iv done a search but my internet is playing up, takes...
