re black smoke well your getting the same problems that i was having tried all the same as you but still had black smoke got so bad that i had to stop driving had so many people advise me as to what the cause might be and it was the turbo so i had it re-conditioned now no problems at all hope...

hi the turbo pipe is still there will be checking the manifold tomorrow but the manifold has a brand new gasket on it and all other pipes tomorrow will check back then. everything has been torqued down to the book do you think that i should torque it down a bit more???
