As any one fitted a after market radio in a freelander 2 and if so did you come across any probs. and how did it look and fit after. Thank you all for reading this.

Thank you but I need to as the VCD is faulty will get a new one and fit it at some time but not within the next 6 months or so. So to keep it up and running will remove the prop

I am going to remove the propshaft to make my 1.8 freelander a 2 wheel drive. have seen a lot about how to do this. But my question is do I need to remove the final drive from the IRD unit and if a blanking plate or can i just leave it in place. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
