todays update..... still leaking, but it took about 10 seconds to start leaking this time, so slow progress being made. Plan another 30 mins with sandpaper to ensure the head end in flat, then 2 washers, hermatite, then leave over night to set. maybe some treadlock poured over tomorrow & may...

Cheers, I hadn't thought of that, but i did aneal two copper washers & put some read hermatite on it, & ........... still a small leak. I an goint to file the head end to ensure a good seal. Thats tomorrows job, day 4

Ive just spend nearly two days on the same issue, 5 copper washers later & its still leaking. Ive cleaned the bolt, and run some very fine sand paper over the cylinder head end. Very frustrating:confused:, still searching google for tips
