Just a quick question. On my td5 discovery the gearbox will need to be changed soon, as the syncro's are on their way out. i've just been offered an r380 gearbox from a 300tdi discovery. basically the question is, will it fit? if not what needs to be changed?

yeah its definately the transmission temp warning light (according to the manual anyway). i've not checked the wiring as did some reasearch online and like thebiglad said, didnt think they had one. but the transfer box, didnt think about that. will have to check it when i get in today.
