has anyone tried to change the classification of their vehicle....i.e. from Van to car ( with photograpic evidence )?

having just bought a Def 90 1993 127k miles. The heater/cooling is pants. i saw somewhere on here that a flush through is required. I'll do that ( if pos). is there an upgrade of some sort available to fit? Cheers

Have just bought a 93 Def 90. First time owner. First thoughts.... wow its hot in the cab. Fan doesn't really seem to function. Any immediate improvements that I could look into? Cheers
