hi there just to see if anyone knows anthing about this one of my seats fold but I cannot get the other one to fold small lever at the side isn't doing anything has anyone else had this problem

hi there my name is mike I have a tdci 110 and my middle row seat will not fold one side does but the other will not small leaver doesn't seem to do anything can anyone help that has had this problem that could steer me in the right direction cheers
