I have been offered a set of 15" landrover freelander wheels from a 2003 will these fit on a 2001 freelander td4 please help

My mrs has come home with some 235/70/16 tyres that she is hopin will fit on to her standard freelander1 rear that has 215/65/16 tyres on at the moment can anyone help
