I might be about to spend some hard made wedge on some Mach 5's... Should I go with Steel or Alloy and why would I choose one over the other. My obvious thought would be Alloy... They won't be having a hard life off road, it's a more aesthetic purchase.

Evening Chaps, looking to change my standard road tyres on an 09 TDCi. The LR has standard 16" Boost Alloys. I'm looking for something a little more 'chunky', the wife says I don't need tyres for that...!!! Not really to fussed about little extra road noise, so what sort of rubber would you...

I have just parted with my TD5 Defender and ended up with a newer 90 County... I could do with a little more room and wondered if anyone has ever removed the little bulkhead behind the seats and if so has this allowed the seat to go back a little further and give a bit more room for ones...
