Just unplugged the amplifier connector, and put that bypass plug into the loom. The connector we used was taken from a non-working amplifier we got on eBay. We removed the amp as well to make some space, but that's up to you.

That's usually the stud turning in the plastic housing. I replaced one with an allen bolt, so I can hold it from underneath while tightening the nut.

They should sit on the slightly larger section of the tube, resting against the flange. Then make sure they seat into the recess in the valve body top half. Stem should seat like this (not my fingers. They are PaulP38's)

For all that effort, why not look at using something like the L405 sensors, which output a voltage from 0.5-4.5V ? They would probably just need modified brackets & arm length to get the correct voltage range ?

P38 Undertray ?? Never seen one, and neither of mine have them.

The momentary relay only has to be on for enough time for the P38 FOB transmission to unlock or lock the car. i.e. press & hold momentary fob, while you use the P38 fob. Then release both.

Most likely it's one of the two o-rings on the bottom of the valve, or the thin o-ring around the plunger body. i.e. one of these three :

Shame you didn't ask yesterday. I could have checked the colours on mine !! Not 100% sure, but RAVE does have G, R. B. Y, etc. for the connectors ? U = Blue in the rest of the wiring diagrams, so probably Front Fogs..

Definitely too many faults reported. Cannot believe two airbags & two crash sensors have all failed ?? As above check the diagnostic connector for corrosion. Also check the SRS Bulbs in the cluster. There are usually two, & if one fails the other will light up. Then re-check diagnostics.

The rear airlines are much harder to get into the airbags than the fronts. Maybe they are simply not fully seated ?
