What did you do with your Range Rover today

Round here they've cut back on staff on only deliver every 2 or 3 days depending where abouts you live. Special deliveries it's a guy running around in a van but normal 24/48 service can take 3 days.

I'm glad that's not just me. Although Evri round here has sorted it's game out recently which is good. Yodel on the other hand.....

Got to love "next day" delivery haven't you. Lately I'm getting parts from Estonia delivered faster than stuff bought in the UK.

Can buy printers quite cheap now. The first one i bout about 8 months ago for £80. This new one was £1300 but in my eyes it has been worth every penny. A lot of things I've made i couldn't buy or weren't suitable, so being able to design and print yourself if a godsend.

They're wonderfully designed to maximise profit aren't they. Would much prefer the old fashioned way of screws.

Physical strength it's very similar, along with temp, chemical resistance etc. The main advantage is UV resistance. It apparently doesn't discolour like abs so doesn't need paint etc. It's a bitch to print though, does need a chamber/enclosure, preferably heated to about 40°C. Just like ABS...

The 3d printer is possibly one of the best toys I've ever bought. Done wheel hub spacers, bonnet badges, various clips and mounts, custom designed brake vacuum adapter for a 12v vacuum pump to delete the mechanical one, coolant bottle caps, stereo surrounds, replaced the clock in the 322 with...

Clip downs currently being printed. Lot beefier than the factory ones.

Those are the clips printed in ASA which is ABSs big brother.

Today I have mostly been 3d printing replacement parts for the 322. Namely replacement studs for the scuttle panel and clip down points for the boot floor. Also 3d printed a instrument cluster mount to use a lcd panel and raspberry pi as the instruments in the Niva but noone will care about that 😂

    L322 TD6 Starting/Stalling Issues

Just a quick follow up. Finally got the tank level down to 1/4 tank (yes, it's not used much) and it's still running properly so looks like there was an issue with the fuel pump not siphoning fuel from one side of the tank. Time to start fixing the remaining problems......

    L322 Unknown unused connector

I best not look then. I hate having switch blanks and unused connectors. Does my OCD in as something can be there but isn't......

    L322 Unknown unused connector

Curious, the electrical library pdf I had only listed 2 15 way connections on the car. Might have to check mine now 🤔

    L322 Unknown unused connector

Not sure it'll be just for memory seats as such, more likely linking the memory seats, mirrors and steering column maybe so they can automatically adjust for each user/key/button preset. Again, still learning how everything works, just basing what I say on best guess from how other cars work...

I have no idea tbh, pure guess. Only had the car 7 weeks and not even taken that trim off yet.....

Wondering if it could be this if its not meant for the LCM on the A-pillar.
