A lot of the 'go-to' stuff has been done by the OP already, including PCV and MAP, but we'll get some checks and read-outs and report findings. The intake manifold and EGR has been cleaned also - @Arctic2 do you still have any cleaned + gutted EGR units available? The injector balancing figures...

So you’ve done tyres and a wheel bearing already, and not solved it? I’d be jacking the front end up and getting under it with a torch for a good look-over before changing anything else. Get an assistant to slowly turn the wheels by hand and see if you can hear anything up close. Check BOTH...
