This is exactly what has happened to mine. Picked my new pipe up today and getting it fitted Friday. I've put a temporary seal on it for now and have to keep topping it up every now and then.

No, I put £100 worth of fuel in her which was 80.7 litres and then noted the the mileage (I waited for the yellow light to come on then filled her up then noted the mileage when the light came back on). I thought the TC would be a gearbox or transmission off jobby:o!!

Thanks for the reply Dave, I got 400 miles from 80.7 litres of fuel i.e. a full tank. I would say 40% of traveling was motorway driving. TC cuts in at about 53-55 mph. Not sure when air filter was changed, I assume it was done on last service (4,000 miles ago?) I will change it though. MAP...

Small adult yes, large one no! My niece who is seven was very comfy but her brother who is quite a tall 14 year old (5' 7" and skinny!) didn't look so comfy! Not much room left with both seats down and in use, I would say not enough for two dogs.

Thanks for the reply Paul. No, he isn't moving when he's trying it but I thought the little instruction panel said you have to be stopped? We tried locking the diff then moving a little but we didn't even do a quarter turn of the wheels. We will have another go and move further this time.

Hi all, My neighbours disco 1 is not illuminating the dash lights when the diff lock lever is pushed over. Is this because it isn't working or could it just be the contacts aren't working? Bearing in mind when he brought it a few weeks back the guy used it and the dash lights illuminated.

Please forgive me for stating the obvious but this happened to the dealer I brought mine off. It turned out that it was out of fuel! It also made the fuel pump more noisy.

When I was removing the old EGR valve I accidentally broke the coolant pipe that leads to the EGR heat exchanger:o I've made a temporary fix but was wondering if I need this any more as I have now blanked off the heat exchanger? (I think the answer is, I do still need it!). If i do need it...
