Hi, I have a couple of vehicles with the High ratio transfer conversion- and they're GREAT! I also have an overdrive one and for road work it is great too. but the Ashcroft conversion is nicer to live with...

3 and a half years later and I still haven't got round to doing it....

Hi I have had success by fitting an auxiliary pump to the heater circuit- and it seems to have cured overheating. I posted some pictures last year.

THIS is the part- open circuit when pushed in- make when comes out. or take one from most Volvos. they don't sell many as they don't break.

I drilled and tapped to 8mm. 8mm Bolts. works- but fiddly on my own trying to get the threads started

I once spent half a day fault finding a S3 with light problems- in the end it was the New indicator switch. Took it off, got old bent one out of Bin, fitted it and 7 years later, it is still working.

I am stupid- this happened on my SWB and I bought a Volvo one... Memory is going!
