Depends where you fit read it from... they lose about 5 PSI through the intercooler! From the wastegate its around 14psi, about 9 from the inlet IIRC...

300's don't have an AFM... They aren't exactly spritly to start with... try simple things first... squeeze the top turbo hose and get someone to rev the engine... if the turbo is boosting properly you shouldn't be able to keep it squeezed! Otherwise try to find out when the diff oils were...

Just had similar issues with my 300 ~(although yours does sound like the filler cap). I changed EVERYTHING! Lift pump, sedimentor, filter, filter housing, filler cap... an the end it turned out one of the fuel pipes was coming apart from the inside and blocking itself. New pipe front to back...
