...I found life much easier using the all in one type gasket rather than separate metal gaskets (links below for both petrol and diesel type) ETC7750 | Exhaust Manifold Gasket - Diesel 274171 | Exhaust manifold gasket - 4cyl Petrol

Put them together first (but only finger tight) bolt them to head and then tighten the two manifolds together - only way to get a gas tight seal to the head in my experience

Agreed... I use Procomp ES3000 extended dampers with mine and love the combination.... others don't - down to your personal choice and what you use the landy for really?

I got the extended ones from Paddocks and I find them a perfect combination with my GB Parabolics - had them on about 2 years now and very good road manners , but with plenty of give for a bit of gentle RTV trialling as well
