Firing order on mine with distributor fitted 180° out is 4213

If the distributor has been fitted 180° out then the firing order will change.

Have you got the special puller to seperate the drop arm from the rocker shaft? It's easier if the front wing is removed too. It's a bugger when your body breaks down and doesn't do what you want it to. You have my sympathies.

My 1979 S3 all original axles had 10 spline hubs.

It's on a later Series 3 chassis and rear Salisbury axle. A lot of non original parts mixed with a few period correct 1958 stuff. What ever it took to keep it going over the years has been used I guess. Nothing wrong with that but I'd class it as a bitsa

It's the otter switch for the choke warning light.

What ever you do don't scrap the bulkhead. It looks very saveable if you have basic fabrication and welding skills.
