Hi, got a crunch on 2nd gear! (YAWN) but been offered a v8i gear box for my TDI, what are the physical differnces? I've read the transfer box ratio's are slightyly different in 1st and 5th, this on its own is not a problem in either gained or lost exceleration/fuel consumption is not a worry...

As long as u remove all evidence of it it will be fine! Dont think u need 1 on the rear as most cars dont have them! :) Nowt but a pain if u off road! :)

Rip the lot off! :) gave me loads more articulation without too much more body roll, I would leave the front alone tho! :)

Hahah that's why I thought 19 my droplinks were up not down after off roading!! :)

Besides rear arb nowt but nuisence if your off roading, all they do is turn drop links upside down and try pushing your springs off there seats! :(

Impact GUN! :) retardation caused by budwieser! :) I didn't see a nut bigger than 19 on any of the rear arb or mounts or rear springs, shocks or relocation cones, was I ****ed again!!! Lol

I took mine off my new car at weekend, sure it was 19mm, remember to remover split pin first, or at least most of it, impact gum ripped the remnants out!! Lol :)

There have a horrifically short life span when u lift your car! :( The first 1 lasted 3 months, the next 1 lasted 2 days till i went Rochdale today! :( Both GKN too and the first 1 did 3 days at toms farm!

i understand its a range rover classic rear 4 bolt prop, but from what year, which diff flange do i need? is it the same as disco 300tdi front diff flange?? ANDY! :) 300 tdi m reg!

In fact there are definatly no spigots for the wheel/spacers to sit on due to the half shaft bolts! :)

Hi matt, my mate is running some 140quid eBay items, 30mm built in bolts and retaining nuts, high quaility items, don't think there is a spigot for the wheel to sit on due to the taperless wheel nuts,might be wrong tho! LOL U have pm too! :)

Ive had this everytime ive been off roading, turned out 15 years of mud couldnt be removed from the 4 inch thick radiator by just washing the front, in the end took 1.5 hours with jet wash and cowl off fan watching the jet wash finally clean the radiator fins all the way through the core...

I'd say definatly this, as all three of my mates cars were doing this on the way home from Toms Farm, turns out the middle bit of our radiators were caked in mud and even tho we jet washed, it hadn't rmoved all the mud! :( Took me nearly 1.5 hours with grill out to full clear all the fins...
