When you say jerking,do you mean the engines searching or backlash from transmission?

3 door go fo it. 5 door spend the money and get some proper arches.

For wheel bearings?,forgive my ignorance of disco 2's,but that sound way over priced for bearings.

No half shafts,just a stub axle.He only needs to remove the drive flange:D

Take the circlip and washers off,then pry the drive flange off.Hub nuts will be visable,flaten the lock washer and undo the hub nuts.Then the disc will be free to come off.No need to remove halfshafts. Oh and get a smegging hanyes:)

OEM all the way with bushes. They may be a bit of a sod to change,but you won't have to worry about them again for a very long time.

I would be interested in a none winch HD disco rear as a flat pack. Your idea is a good one,as said alot of people don't want the hassle of measuring up and cutting metal,but wouldn't mind welding one up. Plus it would give them a fhange to modify it to how they want it without cutting up a new...

May I ask as to why the worry of a run away engine. Are you playing with the fueling or got a ropey engine?

co2 fire extinguisher at the intake I've heard works

indicator fits only as good as the plastic trim it sits in,but just a bad fit.Designed for ease of removal rather than looks I think.
