l322 flat battery maybe HVAC & P Light Problem

Hi Matt, Why can't you take the car back to the garage where you bought it? AIUI he's obliged by law to provide you with a warranty, the last thing I'd want it getting my hands dirty days after taking it home. Maybe not what you wanted to hear but by your own admission you worked your nuts off...

    Vogue v8 -v- 2.5 DSE

Don't quite know where your reference to fuels cost come in as I never mentioned it. I also have a BMW 750 v12 so it would be fair to say fuel costs don't come in to it.

    Vogue v8 -v- 2.5 DSE

Well, I assume Claw you are referring to cloth seats versus leather seats. Well it has to be said that if there's a pool of arse crack sweat, you'll find it sitting on the top of the leather seat! At least with cloth it absorbs it, and all you see is a dark line, which could easily be passed as...

    Vogue v8 -v- 2.5 DSE

Cheers J, I'll hold you to that. :) I know this 4.6 is an automatic and there is a lag while the torque converters catches up, but with that said and all that apparent grunt under the hood I at least expect the back to drop as it growls it's way up the range. (no pun intended).

    Vogue v8 -v- 2.5 DSE

Yeah, I'm beginning to come round to that way of thinking myself. I'm very, very confident mine could have left it for dead. I may have mentioned it before but on a 'city track' I can be hitting 40+ from a standing start by the time I get to the pedestrian crossing on the other side of the...

    Vogue v8 -v- 2.5 DSE

Well I went to see a 2001 4.6 Vogue today and I wasn't really impressed with the take off, I buried the pedal in the carpet expecting to get shunted back into the seat only to be disappointed. Should a 4.6 v8 beat a 2.5 DSE as the 4.6 couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding!

just used eas software first time and in need of a little guidance on the fault found

Thanks Wammers, didn't know that, but the distance of travel principle still applies. When you say 'early ones' do you mean the round -v- straight with the round ones being the earlier?

Are you able to get a good clear photograph of this T piece? It may make identifying it easier.

just used eas software first time and in need of a little guidance on the fault found

I have to admit I have my doubts on this theory, as the amount of travel in the potentiometer is limited, so unless the full distance of travel of the pot is less than half the travel of the vehicle's height then yes, you could in theory swop them round. You then have to ask yourself, if these...

Got a Range Rover with EAS?

Ah! Well that I can't really say, but you may want to check your Grandson's pockets for notes of a surprisingly large denomination. :) Me thinks I was robbed!

Got a Range Rover with EAS?

Yes, I certainly did and I've been using it for a couple of days now without issue (well EAS related issues). I mentioned this in the http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/f10/my-p38s-eas-progress-report-106713.html thread.

Got a Range Rover with EAS?

No! and both Blackadder and Mrs Miggins (from the Pie Shop) will vouch for me if you don't believe me.

P38 Rear Wiper Blade / Motor Removal

Yes, the motor works, well sort of, but it drags the blade across the window and 9 times out of 10 it will just stop at an arbitrary position. So rather than replace it I was going to strip it, lube it and put it back.

P38 Rear Wiper Blade / Motor Removal

Ah! well this is the point, I can't seem to get the cover off, like all P38s my wiper is 'hidden' under the top of the tailgate, so getting in to it to remove the cover isn't the easiest of tasks. Or am I just missing something here.

P38 Rear Wiper Blade / Motor Removal

OK, I'll come clean I am really, really  How on earth do you get the rear wiper blade arm off so the motor can be extracted. My printed LR manual neglects to tell me. Can some one here tell me?

Got a Range Rover with EAS?

Yes I know, hence the request. Again I am aware of this. Why isn't this required? And did I mention this was a cunning plan :). And bugger and oops! I forgot to ask for the Ride Height Sensor settings, I feel an edit coming on.

Excellent, thank you. One of many replies I hope. As the more I have the better chance we have of success.

Got a Range Rover with EAS?

Well I guess the answer to that is yes. Would you then be willing to tell me what kind of Range Rover it is including fuel type and what the Ride Height Profile values are for the four profiles and the Sensor Settings please? If you are can you provide them like this : Profile FL FR...
