Hi guys just to update anybody who might be interrested on lockout issues sent becm to call rova got it back on friday plug and play car started first turn of the key, no lockout no eka code nothing, becm problems give call rova a shout very good job??:D:D

have tried them all **** all works was just wondering was there anything else wrong that was stopping her from accepting the code

i think ill end up sending becm to turner industries to get it reset andget the code:(

ill give it a try tomorrow i still think somebody has changed the becm

i have been ****ing about with it now for best part of a week new lock actuator drivers side have checked all the wiring etc cant find anything wrong thinking of striking a match and seeing how high she can fly:eek:

check out rpi engeneering website i know they do a lot of engine work not sure about gearboxes but might be worth a look

have looked the manual it is turn 4 times tolock and then enter code but for what ever reason it will not except the code starting to think it is the wrong code when i enter it it does not change a thing everything else seems to work except the central locking and turn to start it comes up with...

have no idea i have a piece of paper with eka code on it but i think it is years old also have checked with land rover and they still have the same no recorded but that dosent mean some **** has not had it changed:confused:

If it is a becm problem look up turner industries website, full becm check 150 quid,

Decided today to order a sync-mate so will wait to it comes to see if it can find any faults in the system,also if any body is interested turner industries will do a full check and code read on becms for 150 quid plus postage,

when i open the car the alarm light in middle of dash still flashs could it be that it is an immoboliser problem

not working mate, but mine is a 1995 4.0 v8,is the syncing not different on this older model
