Was under my 110 today, and i saw this bar running side to side under the transfer box/gear box. There's a hole in the bar, and again one in the bottom of the box. Am I missing a support here? Anything else? I took a pic that for some reason has uploaded sideways on. It's a Puma 110 SW.

Why can't you tow? Does a modern licence restrict that?

If intermittent I would suspect a loose connection somewhere, or an exposed wire earthing somewhere it shouldn't. Solutions should start at the faulty locks and work forwards from there, trying to find loose connectors/bare wire. Electrics is my weak point though, but nobody else has replied...

I'm guessing, but may be the motor/actuator gone on those locks. Try taking the door cards off and use a multitester to check the circuit is working. If it is I think you can consider the problem localised. HTH

I agree. I drove a Cherokee once - by far the biggest pile of crap I've ever sat in.

I've reduced it to Defenders and Series, and modded others. They're the only ones that wave back. Plus I always let the above out (in case you were in the 60 plate 110 near Bourneville this morning, I was in the little black Seat).
