Sorry but unless the previous owner changed the unit then i wouldn't have thought you would have had the MK4 unit as no range rovers were ever fitted with this unit at the factory. It was only ever fitted to BMW's. BMW had already sold Land Rover to Ford before the current Range Rover came out...

you have two options either fit the land rover version at an incredible cost or fit an after market version e.g. Parrot Bluetooth. I personally have the parrot ck3100 and its brilliant. It doesn't let you use the steering wheel controls but it does use the cars speakers for the handsfree. Matt

It more than likely not work as microcat is designed to work on 32bit, try it on 64bit and see what happens. Matt

how are we all getting on? as Hamster97 said powerISO is a good program, i use it on XP but it may work on other operating system, not tried it on 64bit systems I would think you would have to run it in comparability mode. Matt

Vmware do a free version but you still need a copy of Windows to create the virtual machine go to the vmware site and it tells you what you need Matt

That is correct, vmware or parallels etc...

Microcat is for Windows only but will work in a virtual machine on a Mac as this is what I do myself runs great on Windows XP Matt
