What will the S5 fit in?

well that went a bit bollocks.... now am at about 2 on ch1 and 40... guess being a non smoker means i dont know how thick a fag paper is!!.... try again when dried off a little!!!

It's a mini springer on a mag mount Will have to see if I can find a small Allen key to fit the grub screw!..... Any idea how much adjustment you normally get? Would it be an idea to try for best SWR around ch20.... Thinking that's mid band so should even out across full range?

Well I recognise some of the bits... But it's bigger .... Last lump I played with was a flat 4!!

Took delivery of a pair of jate rings.... Took delivery of 2x 4tonne shackles Fitted 2 bulbs to the auto gear indicator thingimwatsit Did an SWR on my rig only to find that on ch1 it's about 1.5 but ch40 is greater than 2 (now need to find out what to do about it!!!) :5bparty:

When you're talking ropes for recovery do you mean dead ropes or kinetic.... And what sort of length?

Pi runs at 5v 700ma not tried it but it should run off one of the power socket to USB adaptor (make sure it's a good one with dual outlet and one of the sockets able to do fast charge) use 1 socket to power the pie and the other to power a USB hub that you can plug your camera equipment into

Must admit the best fun I ever had in a Landy was in Germany taking a 101 off road to get used to it, before I was allowed to take it on the road. Even took it round the circuit with a loaded sankey :) and was paid to do it!!! Happy Days

Would like to have a proper Landy but budget, practicality and something the Mrs would get in all played a hand! women..... They just don't understand it!!;)
