And get some tipex or similar and mark them as you set them it is easy to get lost if your not doing it regular Dev

It's a diesel, I am going for max fuel effiency and the standard fan eats a lot of HP, and engine temp is steady at the N setting, new belts, stat, like I said it's just as a comparison, nothing scientific & engine seems to pull a lot better with it off Dev

If the engine is chuffing out the filler cap, thats back pressure from the crankcase = worn bore & piston rings mind you it would be worth checking the breather system if you have been using the stuff you mentioned as it can sludge up Dev
