Sounds like youve still got air in the brakes. make sure youve bled all 3 nipples on the caliper range rover brakes are a homo to bleed

They probably want to change the cooler pipes incase any broken bits of gearbox are lurking in the pipes and cooler waiting to be pumped into your shiney new gearbox

Its ok nissan navara's have gearboxes made from carrot and tiny clutches. one of my customers is on his 2nd gearbox and 4th-5th clutch (does alot of towing) enjoy!

You need to use etch primer first then the colour of your choice. dont use a paint like hammerite over etch primer though it reacts badly!

Defender one wont work if youve got the disco engine the pumps in a slightly different place with a different fitting if i remember rightly (banjo bolt on the defender)

Often when you get mobile pipe fitters out they will use copper pipe to make up the hardpipe as its easy to bend. "propa" pipes are definatly the way forward they should put up with the vibration better

Looks like piretek made it to me should be part of the pipe vibration has caused it to break like it has :) Also piretek are fookin expensive for what they do!

There are dimension rules on bumpers stick it where you want pointing how you like. The only thing you have to watch is sharp edges that people could get caught on should you plough into a few pedestrians :P

Yes you can make your own bumper discovery ones arnt strong anyways they bend and break at the sight oif summit hard. Like ruff said tell the insurance company that its non standard they will class it as a mod not a fix

Put a battery positive to the solonoid on the back of the fuel pump or check that its got a live with the ignition tuned on. if it still wont start change the solonoid its the most likely problem
