i just drove it home 30mile and needle never got anywhere near middle of gauge and heater just warm ;-(

ok so how easy is it to change a thermostat?

they put new rad and intercooler on ;-)

i did ask about it to which the replie was these engines run colder than 2.5 turbo?

what should pipes be like? both hot? im no mechanic lol

i guess so as gauge does move just not very far and heater not getting very hot?

hi i have had an engine conversion done from a 2.5 turbo to a defender 200tdi but the temp gauge is only just getting above the cold and heater not very hot!! any ideas any1??:(

does any1 know if the radiator brackets need cutting down for a defender rad and intercooler,like they do for a disco 1 to fit?
