Your not having much luck are you!! You have got to get to the bottom of why the system is over pressurising, you will just keep putting new hoses on and bursting them.... I hate to say it but the obvious thing is the head again. What "new" head did they put on it? did you have it checked...

The pulley, one on the nut and one on the pulley. You are turning it the right way arn't you? it's a standard thread not a left hander.

Hi all Just taken out the fuel pump from my 2001 discovery td5. The outer filter was a bit mucky but stripped the pump and the inner fillter was ful of "marmite" anyway all cleaned up and back together..... How the hell do you hold the pump down hard and long enough to get the securing collar...
