Landrover Discovery 2 Radiator top hose blown again

Your not having much luck are you!! You have got to get to the bottom of why the system is over pressurising, you will just keep putting new hoses on and bursting them.... I hate to say it but the obvious thing is the head again. What "new" head did they put on it? did you have it checked...

    Change behaviour of central locking?

Yes it can be done easily if you have access to a nanocom but before you do that what happens if you press the key fob twice? Normal operation of the fob is one push unlocks drivers door, two pushes unlock all doors and tailgate,

    1 litre of coolant - 120 miles - what's the likely cause...

Could it be that the old stat was faulty and therefore your topping up of the system with green was over pressurising the top of the sytem and it was being expelled from the overflow in the expantion tank. Does sound like things have not be circulating very well for a while, hopefully the new...

    Power steering fluid leak

Evening All, Disco 2 2001 TD5 I appear to have a power steering fluid leak and I think it's coming from the pipe directly under the radiator/intercooler. Mass airflow sensor Which one?

OK It appears I need a new MAF sensor for my 2001 TD5. Well if it helps I completely removerd my EGR valve a few days ago on my 2001 TD5 and used an after market blanking kit (£28 off fleabay)as mine decided that it was getting old and down on power. The difference is remarkable, going much better and sounds like it can breathe again... I...
