if doing your springs etc you should seriously consider ploybushing the thing as well. Radius arms will help your steering feel more natural. I would recommend terrafrima they are extremly tough and good quality.

unlucky with the casing. to prime td5 you need to switch on the ignition on and depress the accelerator 5 times before the engine management light goes out. you will hear the pump start up and the em light will flash until ready. this can take 5-10mins especially if you put the filter in empty...

Ashcroft Transmissions cheap if u fancy cracking the box urself... ask them about a straight exchange i'm sure they'll do it much cheaper than 650 if you are fitting/removing the box urself and giving them and exchange unit. plus u have a fully rebuilt transfer box out of the deal.

I'm half sure that it won't fit due to the mounts. Wat u need to do is look at something like ashcroft transmissions where u could swap in your old one for the right one with the upped ratio's (basically the discos cogs in the right case).

terrafirma have thicker shafts than the standards. I went for them and they haven't let me down yet...

i have 265/75 grabber II's on my 110 and they are as good as bfgoodrich and a bit cheaper. I have had no problems at all...

look for ex utility they are usually well looked after. Start with an old van and do it up yourself. Have a look around for auctions they can be quite good for TD5's a lot reaching 90000 end of warrenty period for elec board/water board and army etc. just look for the usual stuff such as...

have you checked inside your tank you could have debris? I had a digger that had similar problem with a bit of plastic bag. As for the other problem I have the same set up as you with just a rear silencer on my 110 TD5 and I have a power box and K&N Filter. I found that with the box off mine...
